齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月12日讯 清蒸、红烧、爆炒、香煎、酸汤、鱼丸、沙拉、水饺.....说起海鲜的烹饪，山东绝对拥有“姓名”。除了会种菜，山东耕海牧鱼也是一把好手，拥有中国近六分之一的海岸线，年产海鲜700万吨，单用自产的海鲜，就能摆出一桌盛宴。除此之外，为了实现海鲜自由，山东通过基因编辑，破解龙利鱼生长密码，让这个全球水产市场上的明星产品孕育新希望。
