At the Famous Wineries & Fine Wines Exhibition of the 5th China (Ningxia) International Wine Culture and Tourism Expo held in Yinchuan from June 9 to 11, Longyu Winery - built by a company from Shandong - emerged as one of the star attractions, with its tasting area crowded with young wine enthusiasts. While Cabernet Sauvignon is typically used for dry red wines, Longyu has ingeniously crafted a Cabernet Sauvignon dry white wine. The winery, also designated as a 4A-level tourist attraction, offers visitors innovative ways to enjoy both fine wines and breathtaking landscapes.
