让一道清热降燥的奶汤蒲菜,为夏天的炎热画上最后的句号。

Today, let's ease the warmth of the season with a bowl of refreshing cattail soup.

将准备好的蒲菜、青菜、鹌鹑蛋、木耳清洗干净。

Wash the prepared cattails, green vegetables, quail eggs, and wood ear fungus. 

蒲菜切成均匀的小段,火腿改刀成片状。

Cut the cattails into even small pieces and the ham into slices. 

加入猪油,葱姜末炝锅,炒出香味,

Stir-fry the chopped scallion and ginger with some lard until the fragrance is released.

再放入适量面粉翻炒片刻,

加入清水,

Add some water, 

加入盐、味精、鸡汁调味,

捞出葱姜末,

下入备好的食材,

烧开后炖煮3分钟,
